Conditions
To order in the store you must have turned 18 years.You can remove or add items by clicking the shopping cart in the upper right corner. There you will also find the checkout. The lowest order amount is 120 SEK. Tulips & Roses is only available online. There is no physical store.
Payment
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including 25% VAT.
How you pay is to be selected when checking out. Outside Sweden only payment by card is accepted. All transfers are crypted for your safty. You can chose between using Visa or Mastercard. The CVV code is the last three digits on the back of your card.
I accept order within EU.There will be no charge for customs.
Advance payment
If you choose to pay in advance (only aplicably in Sweden) After receiving an order confirmation, you pay the full amount to bankgiro service 257-3913 ”Tulips & Roses”. Your order will be reserved 7 days and then sent to you when payment has been registrated. Note! it can take up to 3 bankdays before I am able to see that your money has beeen registrated. Because of that it is best if you pay the same day as you make the order. I need your name or ordernumber.
You can see the shipping cost at the checkout before confirming your purchase. Your order will be sent traceably to your door- Larger letters and parcels will be notified by sms, mail or by post and picked up at your postoffice. Within Sweden smaller letter are to be sent with stamps and without tracing.
Order confirmation will be sent aoutomatically to you via e-mail immediately after the order. Always check that it is correct and save it until you have received your goods. Products may be subject to be out of stock – if so we ask you kindly to place a new order. The shop will help you to keep track on when it is avaiable and send you a message if you are a member.
It is the responibility of the buyer to make sure the adress given is correct. An order made in another persons name without that persons approval, or another way that causes Tulips & Roses economical injury will be reported to the police.
Returns
Returns are at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent by letter or parcel, not by cash on delivery.
14 days right of withdrawal
You can cancel an order free of charge until the goods have been dispatched. i.e. a message has been sent from the store that the goods are packed and on their way. You agree to collect the ordered goods. Unclaimed goods will be charged with any return shipping costs and a handling fee of SEK 100. Always collect your letter or package.
I follow the Distance Contract Law and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. You cancel your purchase by the withdrawal button. Link to request of withdrawalform. The item should be returned well packaged, in fine condition and in original carton on your expenses. Place a note with your name, address and order number.
Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as or at the latest within 30 days from the day Tulips & Roses received the returned item. You have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the item. The money is refunded to the card used at the time of purchase or the bank account debited.

If you as a customer have handled the article to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics or function and this has led to the article being returned less worthy, we have the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the article's value reduction on the amount to be refunded. The impairment is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If a product is transport damaged, Tulips & Roses should be contacted within five days for information on compensation. Your responsibility is to report the damage to the carrier (PostNord) upon receipt.

You are entitled under the GDPR law to obtain the information that we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. If so, contact us via email.
This personal data is saved when ordering: Private orders: IP address, E-mail, Address, First name, Last name, Address, Postal code, City, Telephone number. Company: Person / org. no, VAT number. As a customer, you can at any time request an extract, change or deletion of this information.
The site uses cookies to keep track of the products contained in the shopping cart, language settings and the like. The site also records general statistics that cannot be tracked to an individual.
If you tick the box "Newsletter" I send information and sometimes offers via Mailchimp. There, only email address is stored and if you have looked at any link. When you want to unsubscribe you can via the link in the newsletter.
